We have just returned home from the most prestigious and well-known international event dedicated to Premium Cigars where all Habanos aficionados and enthusiasts of the world meet; the annual Habanos Festival.
Habanos Festival
From February 23rd to 27th, the annual Habanos Festival took place in Havana, Cuba. Habitually, Cuba honors several Habanos brands at this festival. This year's particular celebrated labels are Romeo y Julieta's wide Churchill Gran Reserva, Montecristo 80 Aniversario and the Gloria Cubana in two models: vitola Piramides and Robustos Extra.

On March 22nd, the Juan Lopez Don Juan Edicion Regional Benelux will be launched. By March 24th, the Juan Lopez will be available in our store.
A Spanish businessman named Juan Lopez Diaz founded this brand in the 1870's. Although little known around the world, Juan Lopez has always attracted a following amongst aficionados of Habanos.

Brand Humidor Auction
We are very proud to reveal that we bought the largest humidor at the Humidor Auction at the Habanos Festival this year. More than 740.000 dollars will be donated in full to the Cuban Public Health system with the money raised from the traditional Brand Humidors Auction, where six unique humidors from the Cohiba, Montecristo, Partagas, Romeo y Julieta, Hoyo de Monterrey and H. Upmann brands went under the hammer.
Casa del Habano Antwerp has acquired the Cohiba Humidor. A work of art made by the group of craftsmen and artists of "Humidores Habana", directed by José Ernesto Aguilera Reina. This majestic humidor contains 550 Habanos of the Cohiba brand.
